Karina Sher is a UK-based entrepreneur, musician, promoter, and the visionary founder of Ragebreed, one of the most respected underground multi-genre platforms for metal, goth, underground, alternative and rock music. With decades of experience as a scene advocate and artist, Karina has built Ragebreed into a global brand that champions signed and independent music with community spirit.

Background & Early Career:

Karina Sher’s passion for heavy and alternative music took root during her early years, greatly influenced by the vibrant metal and goth scenes of the UK. As both an artist and a music promoter, she quickly garnered a strong reputation for her relentless work ethic, innovative insights, and unwavering support for underground talent. As a musician, Karina has been involved in various projects and bands, including her ethereal ambient endeavor Lake Of Dreams, where she explores introspective and spiritual themes through dark ambient gothic music with beautiful melodic vocals. She is also writing the film Lake Of Dreams alongside the project. Karina also is the founder and singer/songwriter to the metal band Mindlapse, which received a KKKK rating in Kerrang and was featured in the Top 10 of NME Magazine, alongside appearances in Metal Hammer and touring with prominent acts like Cancer and Insomnium, and supporting bands such as Napalm Death, Kill II This, and Skindred, among many others. Her live performances reach distinguished venues such as Camden Koko, Rock City in Nottingham, Corporation in Sheffield, and Athena in Leicester, showcasing her talent in premier locations across the UK.

As a promoter, Karina embarked on organizing gigs, club nights, and alternative events throughout the Midlands, nurturing a vibrant community around the alternative, metal, goth, and industrial music subcultures long before Ragebreed developed into a prominent brand, collaborating with both established musicians and independent artists on both national and international stages.
